Can i change my Delivery Address?
Need to change your delivery address? No problem! Depending on the product and when you placed your order, you may be able to make adjustments.
How to Request a Change: You can request a change in your delivery address within 6 hours of placing your order. Just give our customer service team a call at +91-8408915426 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM) or email us at contactus@cozyoozy.com.
Please Note: While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the change will be processed.
Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
You can reach out to our support line and share the product code or the image of the product if it is possible for us to custom make it for you we would be more than happy to work on the order.

Can you gift wrap or add a personalised message?
At Cozy Oozy, we also provide gift wrapping and custom messages to make your presents even more perfect! To select gift wrap and a gift message, just click “Wrap & Message” option from the shopping cart. Please be informed that this service is free of charge or chargeable for certain products. How do i get the invoice for my order?
At cozyoozy.com, we make all efforts to help save the environment by minimizing the use of paper. Therefore, no invoices are packed with the orders we ship. However, if you are a registered customer, you can quickly log into your account and print the invoice. For check outs for guests, please contact us at the email address contactus@cozyoozy.com, and we will send you your invoice.
Can i make payment in Cash?
Indeed, we do offer the Cash on Delivery (COD) option! ‘As part of the shipping methods offered for that specific product, cash on delivery is only available for products that allow you to select cash on delivery’ ‘. There will also be an INR 80.00 handling fee on items worth not more than INR 1500.00.
