When can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any given time before it is dispatched. All you need to do is contact us and we shall do the rest for you!
Can i cancel my Personalized Orders?
For personalized items, customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours after making
such orders. Any cancellation made after this period shall attract a cancellation policy and 25 percent of what remains shall be refunded.
How long do I have to return an item?
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. The package should be returned within 6 days from initiation of replacement request or within 8 Days from the delivery day.
Cancellation Rights for Cozy Oozy
Let’s be fair and say this hardly happens: however, we have the right to cancel a personalized order. In the unforeseen event that this happens, we will inform you within 12 to 18 hours and credit the whole amount charged back to the original payment mode within 24 to 48 hrs. As a gesture of goodwill, you may request a coupon for the purchase that you will make next.
What do I do if i receive a Damaged product?
In case you get a defective product, you are advised to contact us immediately through WhatsApp or a phone call. After assessing the situation we will either ship out a replacement or refund you in full, making sure you are 100% happy.
What if my parcel is Lost in Transit?
If for any reason, the product you ordered gets lost in the process of delivery, then we will on priority basis, resolve the issue by coordinating with our logistic partners, and we assure you, shall keep you in loop and shall find a way out.
How Do I return my Order?
To ensure a smooth return process, please send your items using an approved courier service only after communicating the same to the Cozy Oozy support team via email or whatsapp. Unfortunately, in-person returns at our Returns Department are not permitted.
Why has my order automatically cancelled?
Your order may be automatically canceled for one of the following reasons:
1 – Non-delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect address
2 – Continuous unavailability of someone at the shipping address to receive the items from the carrier
3 – Product unavailability.
What if i Receive a Wrong Product?
We want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered! Please check your products against your order upon delivery. If you find any damages or discrepancies, note them on the delivery documentation. Contact our Customer Service within 48 hours to report the issue via phone or email.
You will need to return the items within 10 days of notifying us about the damage or incorrect supply.
Replacement Policy Conditions
We’re happy to accept replacements or exchanges if the following conditions are met:
Initiate your replacement request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Inform us of any damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide a photograph of the product and packaging to cx@giftcart.com within 48 hours. Return the item in its original packaging within 15 days of your request.
Ensure all tags are intact, and the product is unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.

If your order experiences an abnormal delay of two weeks beyond the committed delivery date (as noted on the product description page), you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Please note that the cost of two-way shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund, with the remaining balance either refunded or credited to your store account at our discretion.
